Professor Saleem Badat is the Vice Chancellor (President) of Rhodes University, South Africa and prominent anti-apartheid activist. He will talk about his latest book, The Forgotten People: Political Banishments in Apartheid South Africa. His previous books are “Black Student Politics, Higher Education & Apartheid: From SASO to SANSCO 1968-1990”, and "Black Man You are on Your Own".
